RESIDENT QUALIFYING CRITERIA:  YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO APPLY.  Those under 21 must reside with a parent or legal guardian.  All occupants between 18-20 years of age must fill out an application for a criminal background check to be processed.   Approval will be based on credit score, income, and a criminal background check.  Proof of income must be 3x total monthly rent; Roommates must provide 2x monthly rent each.
